Ipbanned, but don't know why?

I was pking and killed someone then i got ipbanned i think idk why, maybe for a rush or however? i asked kthxbye if rush is bannable he said no, only atking 0 itemers is a ban, and then i made a new acc to ask deadly why i got banned, he said idk?
My Username is chanty pitt, can someone help me please?
