spirit shields

ok hi, it's base sounds here.
yesterday i had a divine and spectral shield from corp.
and it just diseapeared.
after it was fixed and i got refunded by black cat.
nwo i was today there and had arcane and ely sigil i showed my mate i had them i lagged after trade and lost them both bcaus of loging out.
i got proof of this i made a picture of it with me and the sigils.
please some admin or jhon can refund them to me in game :s.
